Nearly identical story as other reviews. Paid for the heavily promoted mouthwash, Dec 4. Label created and awaited shipment by USPS. I started inquiring on Dec 11, to be told USPS has it, and one sentence later, USPS has not picked it up. By Dec 14, I requested a refund due to lack of movement. Customer service apologized, and offered 10% refunded. At this point I did not want a discount on a product I've never received, I wanted a full refund. Another email from customer service promised a full refund on 12/16 if I didn't see the shipment moving. Dec 18 I have requested the refund. Today they've processed a 10% refund and told me they couldn't cancel the order but I could wait for it and then return it and seem to have zero record of the promised refund. This feels very scammy to me, although I loved the toothpaste I purchased from them prior to this order. Going to my bank to file a disputed transaction. Then on to each and every social media outlet I can find.
