I went without essential physical therapy for a week because I couldn’t get the company to send anyone out. I reached out to them multiple times, but it was fruitless. If possible, consider another option. When a therapist finally arrived, he was excellent, but I only had two sessions with him as he was moving on to another position. My recovery has suffered due to the insufficient therapy. In my view, the service is ineffective. Look for alternatives.
