MODE’s Process took 20 days of emails, faxing and phone calls. 8/25/25 I Applied for lease buy out financing, wasn’t completed until 09/15/25. I applied for 48 month term but they chose 72 months. If I wanted to change their mistake of 72 months, I would have to submit a new application. What a mess! A few years ago I bought out a lease and it was completed within 4 hours at a Jeep dealership.Why does the MODE process take so long? Customers can purchase or lease a new or used vehicle with 2-3 hours.
