Movers did not listen.Caused over $3000 worth of damagedid not wrap sofa or chairs as promisedWere argumentative and complained the entire time. I did speak to the gentleman that moved me, I pointed out all of the damages, the younger of the two admitted that it was all their fault and gave me a phone number to speak to “Victor” and I was advised by Victor to fill out a claims form. I did reach out to customer service in August prior to writing this review. I was told to fill out a “claim form” and I would receive an answer in 7 to 10 days. Three weeks later I contacted customer service again and was told that because I failed to report it at the time of incident my claim had been denied. Please contact us as soon as possible at 888-586-3070 to find you the best resolution possibleI have called the number offered, it’s the same number that I’ve been calling since June. Nobody answers that number it just rings consistently with no machine and no answer. The longest I have had it ring is 18 minutes. This may end up having to result in legal measures being taken, because this company absolutely does not respond.
