I agree with MS. Hass FROM august of 2024 . I received terrible sevice for filling a claim - they do everything they can to make it hard to file a claim. its a joke to talk to a live person. They do not respond to my questions and then give me an ultimatum if the claim is not finished in 7 days they will cancel me.I have 5 rugs and all of them are fraying around the edges
