Completely irritated. I got a quick response after submitting my original request in my castlery sofa (which I had only just completed making a 6 month payment plan on so overall disappointed in castlery products and wouldn’t recommend). Another quick response after submitting additional information they needed so I was pleased.i was told I only have to wait another 2-5 business days for them to review my case fully. It’s been exactly 20 business days. I’ve followed up three times since and they’ve completely went no contact on me. How is that?? As if they suddenly aren’t receiving my emails. Absolutely horrific experience and a total waste of money on my already pricey purchase! Absolutely do not deal with mulberry!
