Honestly, I don't know if I've ever had a better customer service experience, anywhere. Kristian went above and beyond to find the part we needed for our refrigerator. He was always cordial and responded with speed, concern and clarity. How often can you say it was a pleasure to go thru an extended warranty claim process? Here, that was the case.
