Complete and total scam. Deceptive marketing that say they’ll cover anything but then deny all claims. If any lawyers are looking for a slam dunk class action just get them to discovery and compare their marketing to their claims responses. Of course the response below uses tears as examples. Why not stains? Because their ad says it “covers all stains” and they can’t defend themselves. We were not “using the table as a chew toy”. It got a stain which was promised to be covered.
