I applied for a childcare certificate III through RPL and paid $2560, which I was pressured to pay within a week. After submitting the required documents, I was informed that RPL was not an option, and I was advised to switch to an online course or withdraw. I opted to withdraw as I couldn't commit to an online course. I requested a refund, and on September 25, the representative submitted the request to the finance team. They only reached out to me on October 24 regarding the refund, taking a month to respond. I was then told it would take 30 days to process. As of December 12, I still haven't received my refund, which means I've been waiting nearly four months. I'm now planning to file a complaint with the appropriate trading authority for the stress and frustration this has caused.
