I recently completed the Diploma of Counselling through the RPL process, supported by a highly responsive and positive team member. From the start, I felt completely supported. The guidance I received throughout the RPL journey was clear, encouraging, and tailored to my experience. Every step was explained in detail, making the process smooth and stress-free. Achieving this diploma has been a significant turning point in my career, opening doors to new opportunities and enhancing my credibility in the field. However, I was disappointed with the referral voucher incentive process, as one of my referrals was not honored as expected. This experience felt misleading compared to the otherwise professional support I received. I recommend pursuing the RPL process, but be cautious regarding referral incentives.
