I enrolled in a childcare course through RPL and paid $2560, which I was pressured to pay within a week. After submitting my documents, I was informed that RPL was not an option for me. I was advised to switch to an online course or withdraw. Since I didn’t have time for the online option, I chose to withdraw and requested a refund. On September 25th, the representative submitted my refund request to the finance team. They reached out on October 24th about the refund details, stating it would take 30 days to process. However, as of December 12th, I still haven't received my refund, making it almost four months of waiting. I plan to file a complaint with the relevant authorities for the stress and frustration caused.
