Have used them previously before and had an overall great experience until my last package.I asked if it was possible to drop off the package instead to a local depot as there is no one available for the pick up. They gave me a location, address and opening times. I arrive at the location and it was closed even though the information they provided said that it will be open. They give me another location to drop off the package, I go there and the store rejects taking my package as they had no where to store this. Again not sure why this information was not provided to the depot/store that they would be expecting to receive a package to be picked up by their drivers. I then requested the box to picked up from my house in the afternoon as that would be the time that someone would be there for pickup, and again this failed to happen twice. Even though they guaranteed a pick up window for me, the driver always arrived outside of the window I was given. This was an endless loop for a week, it was eventually picked up but A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE caused.
