The service is a scam 100%!!!!! It says that it is free service, again it said it was for free and when I clicked the button, it charged me $29.99, I emailed the company immediately with information. The company got back to me the next day stating that I should call Apple directly…I was not aware of this as usually when I call Apple they tell me to call the vendor to process more quickly or efficiently. I called today and the live agent walk me through some process that the vendor sent me links to on how to process a refund through Apple. I have an email time and date stamp. I took action immediately, and I was told that I should’ve called Apple instead of calling the vendor or contacting the vendor in anyway, which has been totally opposite for what I’ve been used to it since we switched our family plan to Apple phones..
