Their website for some reason walks you through on setup to change your pension contributions, even though everything was set up correctly. Then worse still, what you enter in the form can be ignored and after you click submit, it then changes the amount that you will contribute.Trying to raise this with them is a nightmare, as they say they will "get back to you in 1 day".I don't really have any trust they will get my pension right now.
