I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Penfold.I opened an account in January and requested pension transfers, but cancelled these requests within a few days and also asked for my account to be closed. At the time, there were no funds in the account, so I reasonably believed everything had been stopped and closed correctly.To my shock, I later discovered that my pension had still been transferred to Penfold despite my cancellation. After contacting them, my account was reactivated, only for me to find that some of my money now appears to be missing.This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, failure to act on a cancellation request, and the unexplained discrepancy in my funds is deeply concerning. I have been left confused, stressed, and with little confidence in how my pension has been handled.I expect full transparency and a proper investigation into what has happened to my money. Until this is resolved, I would strongly caution others before trusting Penfold with their pension.
