Emailed to ask for help with a temp NI number as an employee did not have one yet, and got a response instantly from Sümeyye with how to get this sorted. Very accommodating when my company policy was not able to use the Penfold portal to upload a document. Sümeyye kept me up to date with everything with quick responses and was overall great.
