I've had great service and communication from Penfold but unfortunately they have fallen at the last hurdle. I want my pension paid into my WISE bank account, which has a UK address, bank account number and sort code but they won't pay into a WISE bank account???So unfortunately all the good work in the past has been for nothing. So at the moment l'm in the process of arranging a transfer to another pension company who will happily pay my pension into my WISE account.
