Had a problem due to a 3rd party issue so I eventually called Penfold support seeking help. The first person I spoke to, Anelle, was absolutely brilliant.This took some while to resolve but Anelle remained with me through the entire process; she was proactive, professional and honestly provided some of the best customer service I have ever received.If Penfold invest my money as well as they provide customer support, I'll probably have a very happy retirement.
