I cannot recommend this service! After ordering 15 custom hand towels in a ‘Latte’ color with personalized embroidery, I received extremely poor quality towels. The color and design were completely different from what was advertised. I immediately contacted them to express my concerns and requested a refund, but they refused. They eventually offered to remake the towels in the original color, sending a picture that misled me about my initial order. After several days without a response, I requested a refund again, offering to return the towels at my own expense, but they continued to decline. I am now seeking advice regarding their false advertising and poor customer service. Please do not waste your money here. If I could give zero stars, I would.
