Customer service is TERRIBLE. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone, and the texting and email communication is a joke. You place an order for what you want, then they make you go to the pharmacy page and place your order with the pharmacy to have it shipped to you. Not sure why they can't handle the shipping side of things after you place the order. Other than I think they are hoping you will make a mistake so they can charge you more money. I've tried and tried to cancel my order before it ships, and get no response from ANYONE. I guarantee I won't do business with this company again.
