Gained 4 lbs in 2 months, so this didn't work for me. While holiday season is typical for me and others to gain some weight, I still hoped Pivit will help with that somehow, but it didn't. I got 2 boxes with 120 pills each in past 2 months, but barely finished one. It turns out that on the first week you gradually increase dose and don't use many pills, then keeping 4 pills per day with 4 hour brakes is very difficult. I was forgetting to take one or two per day after few weeks (but first few weeks i was more disciplined and kept 4 per day - until this initial excitement and enthusiasm wears off). Pills look fine and have good smell, so no problem taking them - I just wish they'd helped.
