The box arrives with minimal dosage Instructions and zero information . A few days later, a detailed very informative email arrives which contradicts the minimal dosage Instructions with the box. Very confusing. It has been four days without a response to an email I sent asking which dosage Instructions I should follow.Also, you are not informed until the purchase and the box arrives that it is 4 pills a day! I would not have purchased it. It is difficult to remember to take 4 pills a day at 4 hours apart. Update; Received a reply that does not allow a response. The reply is incorrect. There are dosage Instructions in the packet which conflicts with a dosage Instructions in an email which arrived days later. The email is terrific by the way. VERY informative ... six pages of quality nformation.It should of been included in the original packet.
