Absolutely terrible service in Thailand. Spoke to four different people regarding the booking who ended up giving me.two different times for drop off. I ended up waiting 7 hours after checking out of my hotel. Then when the car was delivered they informed me I wasn't able to leave the local province. Due to the fact I was travelling around Thailand the owner advised he would refund me my deposit later that day. I chased my deposit the next day and got a response from someone different stating as it was cancelled on the day I would lose my deposit. I have responded asking for proof of the conditions that I cannot leave the local province as I was not informed prior to booking and have been ignored.
