I’m a contract who works for realities that use rent check. I like how the app is set up but I’m having a lot of trouble with it loading my images and videos… also and more importantly I’ll complete a rent check and when it’s done and it’s up for review when it’s open on the realtors end some times I loose total progress and the pictures I had on RentCheck disappear and I’m left with 1/4 of the photos I documented. It this bc of saving my documents incorrectly or not saving them at all. And can my realtors delete photos and videos I upload. Please response I’ve lost many hrs of my time and hundreds of dollars.
