Customer service is the most unhelpful of all. They blocked my account and to unblock it, they are asking the most ridiculous questions, e.g., what is the name of the default list I created over a year ago, which I don’t remember answers to (who would ?!). What kind of help is this ? Do not use - if anything goes wrong with your account, you will be stuck!
