I would give this company no stars at all!First their device does not work. I could not pick up a single station. Second their customer service is terrible.my first episode was when I wanted to return their junk,they offered me 50% off the price and keep the antennas . That's my first red flag. They would not let me return them to the address they shipped it from. ( Had to ship them to Texas U.S.) a cost factor. When I shipped them back they would not accept the antennas. I continually threatened to take my issue up with PayPal. Finally I negotiated a 75% refund. Then when I accepted that, all of a sudden, I put a Post Office parcel tracker on my return parcel. They also found my parcel and it was being shipped back to me and the next day the company gave me a 100% refund and I could keep their junk. So I am out$28.00 return fee and a $3.00 phone call.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
