It's incredible how much I can accomplish at no cost with this service. I use it to access my computer that runs my servers since it doesn't have a display. I can also monitor what others are doing on my computer. It's the only free service that allows me to connect via a web browser, which is immensely helpful. I haven't faced any issues with it.
