I had high hopes for this product. The idea, the female-owned aspect, and its zero waste claim are appealing, but the more I use it, the stickier and heavier my hair feels, eventually turning greasy. My partner experienced the same issue. Perhaps we’re using it incorrectly and there’s an easy solution, but sadly we can’t continue with it, which means a lot of shampoo has gone to waste.
