Never met with a doctor, just the PA and she was not easy to get ahold of. The website charges more than alternative websites doing the same thing. Also, I emailed requesting to cancel my account and they cancelled my appointments immediately rather than letting me finish out my month that I paid for. The cancelled my dietician appointments and I was never able to meet with the dietician despite paying for it. I emailed asking why I couldn't finish out my month and requesting in writing confirmation that my account was cancelled and they never replied. Just awful. I only got any response when I wrote this review. I did get a refund on the account fee, but then was specifically asked to change my review multiple times. I still had a poor experience, so I won’t be changing my review. I would appreciate if the company stopped reaching out to me.
