I feel I have to submit a five star review to recommend Kylie Mathers and the Stride Health Group.I cannot recommend Kylie highly enough. I found her to be very professional and hugely knowledgeable in her field. Kylie took the time to explain the results from every section of the DNA test and in particular the Methylation side as this is something I was particularly interested in. She explained everything in great detail and advised on recommended ‘tweaks’ that will be easy to incorporate in to my daily routine going forward.I would recommend Kylie to anyone who is passionate about their health and making the very best version of themselves.Thank you again 🤗
