I enjoy Apple hardware including Macs and iPads and like to upgrade every 2-3 years. This service will allow me to upgrade my MacBook Pro every 2 years as new updates are released. I have been looking for a service similar to this and jumped at the chance to try Upgraded out. The real question will be what the upgrade experience in 2 years looks like once I am eligible to upgrade. Very pleased so far as I ordered a MacBook Pro on Tuesday when my previous Mac received accidental damage that will require it to be sent in to Apple for repair. I cannot be without a Mac for an unknown amount of time while the repair is completed, so this was a perfect opportunity. I received the new Mac from Upgraded within 48 hours of ordering so I had very little down time.
