I contacted the company regarding a product order, which was supposed to take 7 to 13 days for delivery. When I reached out to customer service, they requested my email, name, and order number. I was given a tracking number from a delivery service, but after speaking with four representatives, I was misled and asked for a supervisor to process a refund, as my package was never picked up by the carrier. Since November 25, 2025, I was informed that there was no supervisor available for me to speak with, and my case was escalated. This situation feels like a scam.
