The items I received were not as shown on the website. They are of poor quality and I wouldn't consider giving them to a child due to safety concerns. The ordering process was problematic; I made changes to my color selection and ended up receiving three order confirmations for 12 items instead of the 4 I intended. I reached out to the support team to cancel two orders, but they informed me that those were already prepared for shipping and could not be canceled, yet I was told I could return them for a full refund. Later, I received an email indicating that one order would be delivered, which left me confused since I had been charged for three orders totaling 12 items. Eventually, I noticed that I had been refunded for the other two orders. I attempted to contact support to arrange a return for the 4 items I received but received no response, and the email delivery status now indicates 'inbox full.' I feel deceived and strongly advise others against purchasing these items.
