Update: I was offered $10 compensation for the downtime which I declined. I asked to cancel the server and get a full refund which was issued promptly. Thanks.I am paying over $25/month for my GGServer. My server has been offline all week with no access to my files. I have been told it is an issue with their upstream provider (OVH) and that there is no ETA on when it will be fixed. They offered to switch me to another node but said I would lose ALL my files (yikes). I am still skeptical if I will be able to recover my data. The GGServers status page is extremely deceptive and shows my node as being online (even though I am told its offline), producing a falsified uptime. You would think that if you are paying for a premium service you would get premium support, but they take 0 responsibility for the outage stating multiple times "its not an issue with us, its our provider, we don't know whats going on, we are sorry your server is having this issue". I wish they could have assured me that they reached out to OVH, but I asked multiple times and they could not confirm. I already paid to renew the server this month (even though its offline), and pray they will give me access back to my server files as my players invested many hours into building our world.
