Pre ordered pet partners for 2 of my accts and 2 of my husband accts out of the 4 only one went ok. 12 hrs I was told not to request players after already assigned. One player not even playing. 2 players only played half. Customer service was supposed to refund 3 accounts only did one. Ever since they changed it in November that you have to find and add the players I’ve had many issues. Customer service sucks and their response is I’m only customer service. They wanted to resolve it by sending a 5 star sticker. I’ve been a repeat customer for almost 2 yrs! Unacceptable! Horrible.
