I received firmware that was already detected, resulting in a ban on my new PC. When I raised this issue, there was no offer of compensation. They falsely advertised the firmware as ‘undetectable,’ which was simply untrue. After I shared my experience, I was accused of ‘blackmail’ for warning others. This reflects poorly on the integrity of the service. I have evidence of misleading claims, and I caution potential customers against this provider.
