Terrible company. I was constantly pressured to buy additional products. They missed several phone meetings. They would say we needed to go over the book for two hours, then, after I blocked my schedule, they would make it a five-minute call, postponing the part of the project at hand. The writing (I had to change writers three times) was good, but the writer did not listen to me. He would not make the necessary corrections, even after multiple requests, and he forgot to include stories. The manuscript provided to me was not in chapter order, and most stories need to be rewritten.After waiting several times for them to improve their service, I finally had to discontinue working with them and request a refund because I was not satisfied with their services. WARNING: They do not honor the money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. They do not return calls. Overall a horrible experience. I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and am going through my credit card company to get my refund. Next I have to take them to court, to which they responded, "We have lots of Attorneys."There are far better firms to work with. Do not be fooled by their price; they will charge many thousands of dollars more.
