Trying to obtain a D7 for Portugal.Have had a list of documents needed and a promise of an appointment at the Portuguese Embassy/Consulate in London. This firm is basically one of the gate keepers. Constantly asking for further payments and still waiting for an appointment. I have been approached by this firm asking for further details or else Trust Pilot may not carry this post.Slightly disingenuous as they know exactly the situation.In November I paid £594 to the London office.In December I paid €806 to the Porto office.I am withholding the last payment until I actually obtain an appointment at the Portuguese Consulate in London. In essence, all I have so far is a list of required documents which I sorted out in December. The last email that I received from the Porto office was that the website they use to book appointments had crashed which was on Friday last.90% of my reviews are favourable and I have never been asked to justify a review.
