Avoid like the plague! I used Giambrone to apply for a Spanish visa. The lawyer made basic errors in my application - failing to submit the translated version of a document, failing to emphasise what parts of scanned documents were relevant, submitting one form of evidence when guidelines clearly stated two. When I complained they offered to submit an appeal.. for a further £1,000 fee!!!When I provided a written explanation of my complaints and clear evidence of their failings, they either disregarded points, or said I'd received more work than I'd paid for given the time the lawyers spent on the application. They then tried to pay me off with a £250 refund. Dishonest, unaccountable, unprofessional. Trying to get through to them to speak on the phone was worse than HMRC. And when I did manage to, they'd do anything to hurry the conversation.I swiftly went to a local solicitor who successfully managed a new application in half the time for a third of the cost, and actually answered the phone!
