GIEC was tasked to- Provide a cover letter- Advise if any further paperwork needed- Submit all documents providedWe provided all documents from our pending Australian Partner Visa application to GIEC Global in Melbourne including: - Relationship statements from family and friends- Evidence of shared finances - Photographs of ongoing relationshipThey omitted the above documents which were crucial to providing sufficient evidence of our genuine relationship and intent to travel. $800 on visa and GIEC fees wasted because they chose to submit a partial response, resulting in a declined visa application. Very disappointing as we relied on the expertise of amateurs.
