I received an email after asking for a refund. The email requested that I leave a positive review to get my refund. That was last week. Yesterday, they deducted more money from my account, resulting in an overdraft. I am owed refunds for three transactions, along with overdraft fees. I did not sign up for this, and I’m unclear about the purpose of this service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOMORROW MORNING!!
