I appreciate someone reaching out and crediting my account back but I received an email stating that my next charge would be 12/30/2025. I appreciate you taken care of my case. Very knowledgeable and professional.I have received an email stating that I need to update them to 4 or 5 stars for this to be closed. This is unethical and unprofessional. This is an unethical business and I hope that nobody uses this company. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I refuse to change the rating.
