After I requested a refund, I received an email asking for a positive review in exchange for my refund. That was last week. Yesterday, they charged my account again, causing an overdraft. I am owed refunds for three transactions, plus overdraft fees. I did not consent to this, and I have no understanding of what this service entails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TOMORROW MORNING!
