This was a gift for my sister-in-law, and I sent it via text since she seldom checks her email. She mentioned it was difficult to use; it took about half an hour to figure out, and she had to get assistance from the restaurant manager to make it work. I'm unsure if the issue was due to the text message or something else, but I never faced issues with e-gift cards before.
