I ordered a birthday hamper for my son — his first birthday since leaving home and moving abroad — and was assured it would arrive within five days. I placed the order on 21st March so it would reach him by his birthday on the 26th.
Today is 8th April, and he still hasn’t received anything. Yes, I’ve been refunded, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my son ended up with no birthday gift from me. The money was never the point; I just wanted him to feel thought of and treated on his special day. Instead, he got nothing.
The company has now stopped replying to my emails, and I’m left feeling upset and let down. I wish I’d gone with someone else. Please be careful — you may end up disappointed too.
