I ordered 2 pair of shoes. 1 man's and 1 women's ortho tennis shoes. It took about 3 weeks to receive. The men's shoes were fine whereas, the women's were too small as they sent a smaller size than I ordered. Since the women's shoes cost $55.00 I contacted customer support 4 times via email as they do not have a phone number listed. I was told I would have to pay the return but they did not give me a return address which, I think is from China. I even threatened to post a bad review. They do not have a site for reviews. I basically got ripped off. DO NOT ORDER From Gitfe. I should have know as their ad kept popping up when I was looking at ortho shoes. Thank you, Tina
