I placed an order to buy a pair of shoes 2 months ago. The shoes never arrived, so I wrote several times to the company and they never gave me an explanation of what happened. What they did is to charge my credit card right after receiving my order. After two months beatting around the bush with no solution at sight I asked them to reimburse my credit card. They ignored my request and suggested me to call local customs to track the parcel. So they didn't do their job, stole my money and finally asked me to do the job. UNBELIEVABLE.
