I tried to use a voucher I'd been given as a gift but I got an error message from the Gifting Owl website. Despite it being a weekend, Jackie at Gifting Owl replied to my message in two hours, and made all the changes I needed so I was able to keep the promise I'd made to our 4 year-old daughter. I genuinely can’t remember the last time I experienced such great customer service.
