Still waiting on Christmas gifts I ordered on 12/11. I upgraded to VIP service hoping it would ship out faster. If it wasn't coming from China maybe it would have. It wasn't even shipped until 12/22. I am now following the tracking and it is still in China but has been to like ten different cities! Seriously?? I told my gift recipients that they were going to have to wait for their gift to finish its tour of China because I know there is no way I'll be able to get a refund because it was custom. So irritated right now! Had I known it was coming from China I would NOT have ordered from them. Next time I will do my research and not use a company based in China.UPDATE: Finally received my items on January 5th. Just as I suspected the quality is not good. I had ordered one item in an adult xl but there is no way it will fit the person it's intended for. What a waste of money. I will be re-ordering the items from a different site. Oh and the company would not refund the expedited shipping fee I paid for saying the shipping was within their guidelines. Wow, they consider 2 weeks to be expedited!
