We engaged the services of GiftPay in 2022 and have successfully delivered three gift programs, the most recent being a Christmas gift for our staff. Sabrina is an amazing Account Manager and is extremely quick in her responses. Her knowledge and support are second to none! The GiftPay platform is reasonably easy to navigate, with a huge variety of retailers available to choose from. I would have to agree with an earlier review that the only downfall of all giftcard systems is the value lost when cards are not utilised. I would still recommend GiftPay as a preferred supplier of digital gift giving.
